  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 or 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • ??? c. chopped apples

Directions

    Beat egg and sugar together.

    Add oil, soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Add pecans, flour, and apples.

    Mix well. Pour into Bundt pan.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Cool and serve with ice cream or your special frosting.
