  • 3 eggs
  • 4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 cooking apples
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Sift in soda, salt and flour a little at a time. Add vanilla and cut up apples and pecans. Cook 1 hour 15 minutes in tube pan.
