  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Add sugar to sliced apples and let stand 10 minutes or longer. Sift flour and spices.

    Blend oil and eggs together; pour into apple mixture.

    Stir with a wooden spoon until well blended.
