  • 1/2 lb. melted margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 2 c. apples, chopped and soaked in lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. water, mixed with 3 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 c. flour

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. After mixing well, stir in all other ingredients. Then place in a greased and floured pan.
