  • 2/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sifted self-rising flour
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Beat eggs and oil together with wire whisk.

    Add apples, 2 cups sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

    Stir in flour and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
