  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 large Lemon with Peel cut in half slices
  • 2 clove Minced Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce (salty one)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Seeds
  • 1 Cooking Oil

Directions

    Cut chicken breasts in medium/small Rectangles

    Pour little cooking oil in medium size Pan
  3. 3
    When oil is heat add chicken and flip till they become white only.

    Take the chicken away of the pan and throw away the water came out of chicken along with the oil

    Again pour little oil in the same pan

    Add the Minced cloves of Garlic

    Add the Black Pepper Seeds

    Add the Sliced Lemon with peel

    Add the Chicken

    Flip all ingredients in pan till the chicken starts catching color

    Now add the Soy Sauce with the salt

    Keep flipping all ingredients till no liquids in pan and you see the chicken caught the color of lemon and soy sauce

    Chicken Lemon is ready to serve along with white rice.
