  • 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar sifted

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 16 caramels light, cut in 8th's
  • 1 1/2 cups apple peeled, chopped

    Generously grease Bundt pan.

    Bake 85-90 minutes at 325 degrees.

    Cool upright 15 minutes then invert on plate.
