   Mix cake mix as directed on box.

   Bake in long 13 x 19-inch pan.

   Let cool.

   Punch holes in cake with knife or fork.

   Mix pineapple with juice and 1 cup sugar.

   Let it come to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

   Pour over cake; let cool.

   Mix instant pudding mix as directed on box.

   Spread on cake.

    Slice bananas and put on cake.

    Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with nuts or coconut or both.
