  • 2 apples, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    For the caramel, melt and combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat stirring occasionally until it comes to a rolling boil.

    For the cookie dough, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

    In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.
