Ingredients: 1 17.5 oz. frozen puff pastry; 2 medium granny smith apples (peeled, and sliced thin); 2 fuji or golden delicious apples (peeled and sliced thin); Cream Cheese Mixture; 2 tsp. lemon juice; 2 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese; 1/2 c. powdered sugar; 1 c. brown sugar packed; 1 tsp. vanilla extract; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 egg; 2 T. cinnnamon; 1/4 nutmeg; Crunchy Stuesel Topping; 3/4 c. quick oats; 1/2 c. packed brown sugar; 1/2 c. coarsly chopped walnuts or pecans; 1 tsp. cinnamon; dash of nutmeg; 6 oz. butter (melted); Carmel Drizzle; 1 jar of carmenl ice cream topping (warmed slightly in microwave right before serving)

6 oz. butter (melted)
Carmel Drizzle
1 jar of carmenl ice cream topping (warmed slightly in microwave right before serving)

{"0":"Preheat oven to 375 degrees.","2":"First, peel & thinly slice apples and put in a bowl. Mix apples together with your hands so the two types of apples are evenly distrubuted. Drizzle 2 tsp. of fresh lemon juice over apples and quickly mix again. Set aside.","4":"Add cream cheese and egg to a mixing bowl and beat on high until creamed.
