  • 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 pie crust sticks
  • lemon juice (optional)
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • raisins (optional)

Directions

    Peel and slice apples; set aside.

    Separate eggs; set aside egg whites.

    Mix melted butter with egg yolks and sugar.

    Add sour cream and cream cheese and mix for 2 minutes.

    Add whipping cream, flour and baking powder.
