- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup grated fresh ginger
- 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a baking sheet.

2Combine apple pie filling, ginger, and cream cheese in a bowl; mix filling thoroughly.

3Roll out each biscuit; add 3 tablespoons filling on 1 side of each. Fold the other side of the biscuit over the filling. Place pockets on the prepared sheet.

4Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
