- 1 (20 ounce) packagesliced glazed apples (or fruit of your choice)
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 lb cream cheese, room temp
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

2Preheat oven to 375F Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.

3Place 1 vanilla wafer in each cup.

4In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

5Beat at medium speed until smooth.

6Fill muffin pan cups 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.

7Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until just set in center.

8Refrigerate cupcakes until cold.

9Heat glazed apples according to package directions.

10Remove cupcakes from liners and serve topped with warm apples.
