  • 4 apples
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

    Preheat the oven 220F.Wash the apples. If you choose to, remove the skin. Core the apples. Using a mandolin, thinly slice the apples, 1/8 in or smaller. Place all the slices in a large baking sheet.

    In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Using a sieve, evenly sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top of the apples.

    Place the apple in the oven for 1 hour. Flip the slices once to evenly dry them for another hour (1hr), until crispy.

    Remove them from the oven once they are crispy yet not burnt. They can be stored in an airtight container for about a week.
