- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 1/2 cups Ground Yellow Grits
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Coarsely Chopped Peeled Apple
Directions

1In a medium saucepan over high heat combine the cider, grits, cinnamon and salt. Stir as it comes to a boil and then stir very frequently.

2When the cider is almost absorbed add the apples and keep stirring. Cook until the apples are mostly softened.

3Garnish with a sprinkling of brown sugar and cinnamon.
