  • 2 whole-wheat mini (3-inch-diameter) pita circles, toasted
  • 6 tablespoons Apple Cinnamon Bruschetta Topping (recipe follows), divided
  • 1 medium apple, cut into small cubes (roughly 1/4-inch)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the cinnamon.
