- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons low-cal margarine, plus
- 2 teaspoons low-cal margarine

- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
