- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
Directions

1Chop apple and saute in a nonstick skillet with the water.

2Cover on medium for 2 minutes or until apple is softened.

3Put in a bowl and mix with honey, butter, and cinnamon.

4I also added wheat germ for some texture and a healthy bonus.
