  • 1 small red apple
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream

Directions

    Chop apple and saute in a nonstick skillet with the water.

    Cover on medium for 2 minutes or until apple is softened.

    Put in a bowl and mix with honey, butter, and cinnamon.

    I also added wheat germ for some texture and a healthy bonus.

    Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
