  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. rum extract
  • pinch of salt
  • enough cut up raw apples to fill a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (stock Delicious apples)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • crust (make or buy your own)

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients and mix into melted stick of butter or margarine.

    Cover bottom and sides of pan with crust dough.

    Put raw apples in pan and pour margarine or butter mix over apples.

    Cover apples with remaining dough.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 325°

    for 1 hour.
