  • 4 slices white bread, crumbled
  • 4 medium apples
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Beat eggs.

    Add 1 teaspoon sweetener, powdered milk, baking powder, then bread crumbs.

    Beat slowly until bread crumbs are like dough.

    Peel and slice apples into dough and mix in.

    Pour into 7 x 11-inch pan.

    Mix cinnamon with sweetener and sprinkle on top.
