- 8 c. thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1 3/4 lb.)
- 4 c. chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples (about 2 medium)
- 1 c. coarsely shredded carrot,
- 1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Toss well and set aside.

3Combine next 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

4Pour over cabbage mixture.

5Toss gently.

6Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
