Ingredients

  • 8 c. thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1 3/4 lb.)
  • 4 c. chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples (about 2 medium)
  • 1 c. coarsely shredded carrot,
  • 1/3 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Toss well and set aside.

    Combine next 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

    Pour over cabbage mixture.

    Toss gently.

    Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
