  • 4 large braeburn apples peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup molasses
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp applepie spice
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Add apples and rest of ingredients to a pot cook stirring occasionally over med heat until the apples are tender. If you want a thicker sauce, add tapioca or cornstarch to thicken.

    Serve warm or cold with roast pork.
