  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 apples, pared and cored

    Mix walnuts, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar together in a small bowl.

    Cream butter and remaining sugar together.

    Beat eggs and vanilla together until light and fluffy. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
