  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sweet cream
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3-4 peeled and slice apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • butter

Directions

    Beat first 5 ingredients till smooth and creamy.

    Line unbaked pie shell with apples. Pour the above mixture over apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, dot with butter.

    Bake at 425° for 15 min. then turn oven down to 325° for 30 minutes or until custard is set.
