- 6 pared, sliced apples (medium)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
Directions

1Place apples in greased 8-inch square pan or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

2Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Combine flour, brown sugar and butter.

3Spread mixture over sugared apples.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until fruit is tender and top is golden brown.

5Serve warm with cream or ice cream, if desired.
