- 2/3 to 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Arrange apples in greased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.

3Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake until topping is golden brown and apples are tender, about 30 minutes.

4Serve warm and, if desired, with cream or ice cream. Makes 6 servings with 295 calories per serving.
