- 10 Granny Smith apples
- 3 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1 c. unsalted butter (cold-cut up)
- 3 t. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Slice, peel, and pare apples.

2Place sliced apples in large bowl, mix with lemon juice. Let sit.

3Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter, and cinnamon in food processer, or blender using pulse speed until mixture resembles coarse meal.

4Mix small amount into apples.

5Pour apples into 9x13 pan.

6Cover with remaining crumb mixture, making sure edges are sealed.

7Bake 350 until top is golden, edges may bubble, and apples are tender (try about 30 minutes).

8Can be served warm
