  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. flour

Directions

    Cut apples in 1/4-inch slices.

    Butter a baking dish.

    Add apples and pour water and cinnamon over.

    Work together the sugar, butter and flour until crumbly.

    Spread it over the apple mixture. Bake uncovered at 375° until light brown.
