- 6 c. peeled, cooking apples
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamon, if wanted
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Place apples in baking pan, top with water and lemon juice.

3In bowl, combine remaining ingredients until crumbly.

4Sprinkle over apples.

5Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
