- 6 to 8 apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Peel, core and slice apples.

2Place in a buttered baking dish (9 x 13-inches).

3If apples are dry, add 1/4 cup water.

4Cut together the sugar, Bisquick, margarine and cinnamon, using a pastry blender or a fork, until mixture is crumbly.

5Then spread evenly over the apples and press mixture down, to pack closely over apples.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

7Serve warm, topped with whipped cream or lemon sauce.
