- cinnamon
- sugar
- lemon juice
- stick of butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Slice apples.

2Coat with lemon juice to prevent discoloring. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

3Crumble butter, flour and brown sugar with fingers over apples.

4Bake in a buttered pie plate

5at 450° for 10 minutes and then at 375° for 45 minutes.
