- apples (enough to fill a glass pie pan)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar (more or less to taste)
- powdered cinnamon
- 2 c. whole rolled oats
Directions

1Chop apples into bite size pieces to fill a glass pie pan. Sprinkle cut apples with cinnamon.

2Melt butter in pan over low heat.

3Add peanut butter and sugar.

4Heat until melted.

5Add oats and stir until all oats are coated.

6Spread evenly over apples to form a crust.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until apples are soft.
