  • 4 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon, mixed with 1/2 c. water
  • 7 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour

Directions

    Place apple slices in pie pan.

    Pour cinnamon and water mixture over apples.

    Prepare streusel topping by mixing together butter, sugar and flour with a fork.

    Sprinkle mixture over apples and bake in a 350° oven until crispy and golden brown.
