- 5 tart apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Peel, core and thinly slice apples.

2Place in baking dish. Pour water over apples.

3Mix sugar, flour, margarine and cinnamon until very fine.

4A food processor works well for this.

5Sprinkle over apples.

6Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7Serve warm.
