- 4 to 6 medium sized cooking apples
- 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. quick or old-fashioned Quaker Oats, uncooked
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Peel, core and slice apples and place in ungreased baking dish.

2Combine dry ingredients; add melted margarine, mixing until crumbly.

3Sprinkle on top of apples.

4Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°) 30 minutes or until apples are tender.

5Serve with your favorite whipped topping.
