  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust
  • 8 to 10 tart apples
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1/3 c. margarine

Directions

    Peel and cut in slices, apples.

    Put in bottom of crust.

    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; pour over apples.

    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour and margarine until crumbly.

    Pour on top of pie mixture. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

    Can be frozen.
