- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm milk
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
Directions

1Stir together flour, sugar and salt.

2Mix in warm milk and butter.

3Add eggs, yeast and sugar.

4Mix with mixer.

5Cover bowl and let sit on counter overnight.

6Use big bowl!

7Roll and cut as desired.

8Let rise and bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.

9Makes good crescent rolls.
