  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 4 to 5 large apples, sliced thinly
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. margarine

Directions

    Put apple slices into pie crust.

    Add 3/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon.

    Mix together 1/2 cup of sugar, flour and margarine. Mix until crumbly and put on top of apples.

    Cover with foil and bake, covered, at 450° for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350° and cook 20 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 30 minutes or until apples are done.
