- 3 large tart apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Directions

1Slice apples into pie shell.

2Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.

3Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut in margarine and sprinkle mix on top of apples.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and cook until apples are done and top is brown.
