  • 9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter

    Combine 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples.

    Sift the remaining 1/2 cup sugar with the flour.

    Bake in a hot 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
