- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 pound Apples
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix butter (cut into small pieces) with sugar and flour. You must mix it with your fingertip so you'll have small little balls of dough.

2Cut the apple into julienne strips and mix with the brown sugar.

3In a 9 inch pie pan, distribute the apples and put the dough on top evenly.

4Cook at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes or until the dough is slightly brown.

5Serve a little warm with ice cream of your choice.

6You can add raisin to the apples, and cinnamon. You can serve it with whipped cream or creme anglaise.

7You can also make it with another fruit: peach, pear, apricot, mirabelle, etc.
