  • 1 cup flour
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 4 -5 apples
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

    Preheat oven to 325*.

    Butter a 13x9 inch pan.

    Mix flour, butter,and the first amounts of cinnamon and sugar in a medium bowl.

    In a small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar for the apples.

    Peel, core, and chop apples into thin slices.

    Make layers of apples and cinnamon sugar mixture.

    (Apples, then a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar) Until all the apples and mixture is used.

    Place the crumble mixture on top of the apples.

    For a very crispy top, pat down the crumble almost like a crust.

    For a not so crispy top, just crumble it over the apples.

    Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until crumble is golden brown.
