  • 8 small apples
  • 1 - 3 oz. box vanilla pudding (cook & serve)
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp lowfat margerine
  • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 prepared pie crust

    Thaw pie crust per instructions and set aside.

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Core, peel and dice apples.

    Add vanilla pudding mix to apples and stir.

    Add sweetened condensed milk and stir to mix

    Add cinnamon and allspice and stir to mix.

    Place apple mixture in pie crust.

    Place pie on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes

    Melt margerine (30 seconds in microwave) and add graham cracker crumbs.

    Stir to blend margerine and graham cracker crumbs.

    Will be moist but not soggy.

    After 10 minutes, remove pie and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the pie.

    Bake another 10 minutes at 400F.

    Remove and cool 30 minutes before serving.
