- 3 c. peeled, chopped apples
- 2 c. fresh whole cranberries
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, granulated sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar.

2Toss together well.

3Pour fruit mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.

4In a small bowl combine margarine, 1/4 cup brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and nuts.

5Mix together with a fork to achieve a crumbled texture. Sprinkle topping mixture over the fruit.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

7Yields 16 squares.
