Name: Chicken Elegance
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts (2 large stewing breasts), reserve 1 c. broth; 1 can chicken mushroom or mushroom soup; 1 pt. sour cream; 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix; 1 Tbsp. butter; 3 to 4 pieces celery; 1 large onion; salt and pepper to taste

1 can chicken mushroom or mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 Tbsp. butter
3 to 4 pieces celery
1 large onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop onion and celery in small pieces and saute in additional butter.

Cook chicken, then cut in bite size pieces.

Add soup and sour cream.

Mix until smooth.

Put in casserole or long baking dish.

Heat one cup chicken broth; add 1 tablespoon butter with sauteed celery and onion to stuffing mix.

Spread filling on mixture.

Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
