  • 4 c. sliced apples
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. white or brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Arrange apples in deep, buttered baking dish.

    Add water. Blend cinnamon, flour, sugar and butter with fork.

    Bake at 350° until apples are tender and crust is brown (about 30 minutes). Serves 6.
