  • 6 c. apples
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

    Cut and place butter tabs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Peel and cut apples; pour over butter.

    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add eggs; mix.

    Pour over apples.

    Top with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
