- 4 c. sliced apples
- 2 tsp. (heaping) cinnamon
- 1 slice lemon (squeeze)
- 1/4 c. honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. cider
Directions

1Cut apples into a small greased baking pan; sprinkle with cinnamon.

2Squeeze the lemon over the apple/cinnamon.

3Cream honey and butter; mix in the grains and seed to make a crunchy topping. Sprinkle over the apples.

4Sprinkle cider on top before baking at 375° for 35 minutes.

5Serve with cream as a breakfast treat or dessert.
