Apple Curry Glazed Chicken

- 14 cup apple jelly
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 1 dash salt
- 1 (3 -3 1/2 lb) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Directions

1Heat grill.

2In small saucepan, combine apple jelly, curry powder, ginger and salt.

3Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

4Remove from heat.

5When ready to grill, place chicken skin side down, on grill over low heat.

6Cook 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing frequently with glaze during last 15 minutes of cooking.

7Discard any remaining glaze.
