  • apples, peeled and sliced (enough to fill pie dish)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.

    Pour over apples and mix.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 45 minutes.
